I am Tisha Vaishya, an MBA student at Connecticut State University with a bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from Rochester Institute of Technology, who blends creativity with functionality, crafting designs for daily life enhancement. I excelled in diverse projects and jobs on campus, from barista to peer facilitator. Deeply engaged in campus life, I showcased leadership as President of Oasis (South Asian club at RIT) and Public Relations Manager for Zindagi (Indian Fusion Dance Team). Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi, with basic ASL skills.

I'm currently seeking full-time, part-time, and internship opportunities in the field of business and design to apply my skills and knowledge in a professional setting. Working alongside industry experts to create impactful and strategic solutions excites me, and I look forward to contributing to the field.
